Birla Evara Township is an idea for a new apartment complex that will be built in the eastern part of Bangalore, just off Sarjapur Road.The project is properly spread out over 25 acres of land and has 1,594 beautiful flats. According to the RERA, the building will have 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK flats spread out over 13 huge high-rise towers with 2B+G+24 floors each.The project will begin on May 25, 2025, and should be finished on December 25, 2031.The RERA authority board of Karnataka has given its permission to the Birla Evara Township.The project's RERA approval number is RM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/060225/007487.
