The premium residential development Godrej MSR City, controlled by Godrej Properties, is situated in Bangalore's posh Devanahalli district. The project's first phase encompasses 1,961 homes on 62 acres. The dwellings are expected to be erected in five years, debuting in April 2025, with possession likely by March 2030. The project gained RERA and other requisite licences.
