I’m Virat Kumar, working with art galleries at Prestige Southern Star, a luxury residential and mixed-use township by the Prestige Group on Begur Road, off Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. This project covers 35 acres and has 2,130 apartments, offering 1 to 4 BHK homes sized between 685 sq.ft and 2,750 sq.ft, with base prices starting at ₹81.75 lakhs. My job is to plan and manage art projects that bring creativity, culture, and lifestyle into the township. I work with artists, set up exhibitions, and design spaces that add beauty and value for residents. I also use new ideas from the Bishop Arts District, a famous hub for art and culture, to make Prestige Southern Star more lively and appealing. By mixing art with real estate, I help the project build a strong identity, attract buyers, and grow its best reputation as a modern luxury township in Bangalore.
